We cannot get copier networked. We have tried pinging from laptop and still will not work . We have installed others with no problem. so now that we have an issue we are lost. Copier was networked at there old location and working. Any suggestions anybody? Thanks

go into additional functions>report>user data list make sure that the IP you are trying to ping is correct.. are you pinging from a lap top with a cross over cable??? and is the lap top and the machine on the same ip sceme???
