[Error Code] IR C4080 EC008-0001

Replaced the fuser assembly in the IR C4080 two weeks ago. It was from a same model that we purchased from a wholesaler for parts an tested operational. No getting EC008-0001 codes even after performing COPIER>FIXING>FX-UHP-S and FX-LHP-S and resetting the FX-BIT-U to 0. Can this unit (fuser assembly) be rebuilt or should we go a new one?

Cannot be rebuilt - have tried in the earlier days with Units that died ....but guess what....nearly all had the same problem, worn steel drive gears are the biggest killer - the Units are expensive & you could probably pick up a good S/H other model copier for the price.
