ir 2270 issue

hello

I took out the fixing unit to replace the film then i forgot to plug the 3 wires back in... now everytime I turn my machine on I get this error e000001-0002 any ideas??

I assume you plugged it back in . That is a heater code which needs to be cleared under the service mode: additional functions, 2 and8 at the same time ,additional functions,copier,function,clear,err, and ok.
I had to replace another new fixing film when I didn't turn off the power to the Machine. I hope that you don't have to replace another one. But it did happen to me once.
