Has anyone come up with a successful mod to keep this feeder from multifeeding. Sep pads last a very short time and still look good but starts multifeeding again....

A quick one I have done is to put a bit of straw from a can of WD40 between the pad and the housing which stops the pad from compressing too much and provides a ridge for the rollers to work against, another of the techs I know uses a piece of cable tie.
However we did have one iR2022i that had a continuous multi-feeding problem to the point we swapped the whole machine as we couldn't track down the problem, hopefully yours is not the same.
