IRC 3580 E 990, Error in Waste Toner Shutter

Any ideas of this error guys. Have visually inspected the area. Transfer unit is new.

Does the black locking lever for the Process Unit operate smoothly? If not could be the rack which unblocks PS12 maybe a tooth or 2 out.

Check PS12 is not blocked with toner also.

Turned out to be poor connection on PS12. Hopefully problem solved.
