When doing continuos scanning customer will get a jam in the machine and then be told to start scanning from document number 1 instead of where it left off. Is this normal for this machine? Has anyone else ever heard of this?

I have the same problems and don't know the solution. I would think you could pick up where you left off after the jam but that doesn't seem to be the case. I have customers that have to scan in smaller batches. -

This makes life easier. Would you rather sort thru what has been scanned to see if anything is missing? This way the machine resumes where it left of and ensures that nothing is missing. I know it can be disabled in user mode on advanceImagerunners. Don't think so on 5075Comment
