Error C000 is a print head issue.
            Print Head Holder
u think that piece has something to do with carriage movement

-Open the printer and wait for the carriage to slide over
-Remove the ink cartridges from the print head.
-Use cotton swabs dipped in hot water to thoroughly clean the print head and each ink cartridge.
-Repeat this until there is no ink residue coming off on the cotton swab.
-Once finished, allow to dry and replace the cartridges

            Turn on> see what happens

thanks to everyone that helped me on this site the mp620 printer is up and running again... part 100_3198.JPGwas broke off..

but a little super glue worked,,,, don't know how long it will last but well see..

a pain in the you know where to get it back in place... it rides on the rail in front of the print head to keep the print head in the right place

                thanks
