    c3220 background have ghost image

    print from computer output to c3220
    this is the half page printout original is 12 x 18
    i scan second half part 9 x 12 ghost image text could see at the end of paper
    any advice and suggestion are welcome

    have you seen if that's a fuser problem? (stop page before enter fuser than verify the unfused image, if there's no ghost it's a similar toner problem or fuser dirt / bad)

    if its only at magenta you can verify the magenta drum unit/cleaner

    paper at transfer belt cleaner blade sometimes appear like that (rarely)

    Are you using original toner & drums?

      chen again before fuser

        If possible post another images with a test pattern or pictures and more definition

        it's necessary to see how the residual image appear, if it's only at magenta and the size (interval)

        can u verify the transfer belt cleaner?
