no you need a print kit. Which is a hard drive, 128 mb ram, and a "P" boot rom for UFRll, or "H" boot rom for pcl and UFRll. then the other functions will work.

Sorry to hear that you bought the same piece of crab I did.
The software for this machine is hopeless.
Contacting canon is impossible. they have refuse to acknowledge that their
software is grossly inadequate and incomplete.

Simple example. Multiple delete for incoming fax is not possible although the
interface allows you to click on check boxes to indicate multiple selection.

This is just one of the many problems I have.

I will never buy another canon copier ever!!!!
