usually when i get any sounds on that class of machines it's the cartridge's fault, but please tell us more about that high sound, have you tried with another cartridge?

i change another cartridge but still the sound but i notice that the pick up solenoid is on and the sound comes from pick up axe gears

can you provide us any backgroung on it? what happened before it started to do so? removal of paper jam?
