    Canon iR7200 keep warming up

    Good day guys,

Have 1 unit Canon iR7200 its keep warming up with machine keeps rotation and newer ready to copy. In the service mode the temperature of the heater assembly is shown already heated up.

Have changed the D.C controller and Main controller p.c.b and whole heater assembly still the same problem. Also have check the heater connector between the machine and unit 1 assembly seem is ok.

Remove the staple cartridge from the finisher. Reboot machine. If ok now properly install staple cartridge. Sounds goofy but seen it quite a few times.
