Canon MP730 Check printer ##334 error

I have this printer with the error above.
I have cleared the ink count ( I think ) and purge flag ( I think )
Anyone know what this error is, any help would be appreciated.

here's the description to your error, go into service and do a full Eprom reset and see if it does it
