1. Power down the printer. Hold down the Online and Cancel Job buttons and turn on the printer.

2. When READY is indicated on the LCD screen you can release the Online and Cancel Job buttons.



3. Press the Settings Button until SERVICE MODE is indicated on the LCD screen.

Now you will see Setup then Service Mode ->, press Enter so the group name appears, or scroll to the necessary group.

4. Press Enter when you see the correct group depending on the Service you are working on.

4. Then press the Reset button to exit SERVICE MODE.
