I have this issue with a Canon IPF710 Plotter.. Error 146-4001 can't clear. In the manual it refers to a Borderless \ Flow Idle Injector \ Mist Recovery Count Error....or replace Platen Duct or Moist Fan Filter or Suction Ink Absorber. ....so any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Enter service mode, turn on holding Paper Source and Information buttons. S appears in the top RH corner of screen. Enter service menu Initialize > Parts Counter > Parts A
This will only clear the error. I would recommend you replace the parts which are mist fan x 2, waste ink tank unit x 2, absorber duct x 2 and base,multi sensor reference
