Canon iR2570ic

Hi all

I've Canon iR2570ic and the touch panel doesn't work, i can see all command, but nothing happen when i press everything....
i've try to disassemble touchpanel, disconnect and reconnect it, but the problem remain the same.


Anyone can solve my problem or have suggestions?

I'm RICOH copier technician, thi is my first canon to repair.

Replace the touch panel

Try unplugging all the add-on card on the M-CONT , rub their contacts with a dry cloth put them back firmly.

Yes, simply replace the touch panel.
