    Ir 7095 without finisher

    i have a ir 7095 the finisher is faulty how can i set the copier dont use the finisher thanks.....

    Turn the machine off then the finisher. Unplug the finisher from the copier(power and arcnet). Physically remove the finisher. Reboot the machine.Won't see it now. Whats the error with your finisher? Depending on the error,it might run in limited functions mode.

      go to the service mode than copier/option/accpst-d and than acc make it 0

        the fault code is 532-101

          Hi Max, The Error refers to the Stapling alignment, are there any other Finisher related Error or Jam Codes around the same date & time? Has the customer complained about Corner staples off the page? Have you removed the Staple Unit & tried to crank it over by hand? My guess is the Staple Unit is jammed and a Unit replacement will be the only answer, the only parts available for the Units are the ones which don't break.
          However check for other Error Codes & Post if any.
