[Error Code] IR5075 Error code E0100-001

After I change all coronas machine can run but copy has light dark band on rear side. I initial DPC in service mode so get code E0100-001 all time.
My machine set po-con to "0" due to code E061-001.

I have background in technical and had experience in repair old canon model.

I don't have another laser scanner unit.

Anyone has idea to verify this problem.

    Thank for all advice.

the fan cover for the charge corona actuates the laser shutter arm, remove the laser and check where the peg contacts the shutter actuator is is probably a little bent this would cause the code and the dark shadow on the copy, the shutter isnt opening completely, hope this helps

I checked the peg on the cover of primary fan duct it is no bent, it is OK.
I used screw driver activate that switch while switch on the machine, it still get error 0100-001.

      thank for your advice.

not the peg, what the peg contacts in the hole, its the arm that actuates the laser shutter

Yeah if you have darkness at the edge the laser shutter is not opening all the way. As stated, pay close attention to the primary duct. Usually the tab that the top screw goes thru breaks off and the cover doesn't sit squarely(properly). If thats ok, the linkage might be bent. Also reseat the laser assembly,5570(its dad) was notorious for light prints caused by laser not seated properly. Check VL in service to see if laser is discharging drum properly during potential control. Personally i suspect shutter issue. If your getting E-061 also then laser isn't discharging drum to create proper VL during potential control

            Thank you for all information.

I had sent my laser unit to my brother who have the same model and he informed me that my laser unit dead already.

            What compatible model can used?

Contact www.nwrsinc.com to repair the laser scanner.
              There is no compatible replacement.

                How to bypass this code?

The simplest way is by email, or you can ask the one who sells you the machine to trade in the laser scanner.
                  NWRSINC is in Kansas USA.
