    Not much to go on description-wise from you but from the looks of the pic I'm guessing you have a frozen progress bar during bootup.If you are not a tech....now would be the time to call one. You can try reseating DDR-SDRAM) on the main controller PCB. If that doesn't help.....possible hdd failure or main board.

          Pull out transport drawer,open all covers,doors,pull out the process unit(disconnect all connectors).Disconnect finisher and all accessories. Leave front door open and see if it boots. I have seen cleaner blade vibration motors cause dead machine,machine won't boot full properly,all sorts of weird stuff. Clean the contacts on the ram,etc with fine sandpaper and alcohol

                  Yeah, I saw that & the Firmware is located just underneath the Grounding Wire.......
