Not much to go on description-wise from you but from the looks of the pic I'm guessing you have a frozen progress bar during bootup.If you are not a tech....now would be the time to call one. You can try reseating DDR-SDRAM) on the main controller PCB. If that doesn't help.....possible hdd failure or main board.sigpicAnything can be made to work if you fiddle with it long enough- San Diego Copier Repair.com -

Pull out transport drawer,open all covers,doors,pull out the process unit(disconnect all connectors).Disconnect finisher and all accessories. Leave front door open and see if it boots. I have seen cleaner blade vibration motors cause dead machine,machine won't boot full properly,all sorts of weird stuff. Clean the contacts on the ram,etc with fine sandpaper and alcoholComment
