i got in trouble with the canon ir 5000. the developer runs out of toner even the toner hooper has plenty. we replace toner sensor and developer sensor still the developer got run out or developer got empty. can any body help us.

You sent a PM to me on this 2 days ago, have you checked it?
Also you had a POST regarding an IR5055 issue with several comments made from experienced Techs - was that rectified?

The idea of this Site is to let Others know what worked & what didn't, so that other people with similar problems..... as you had/have could reap some benefit as well.
