I have no idea that why IR-ADVC2020 always get e0020-03b0,e0020-03b1,e0020-02b0,e0020-02b1,e0020-01b0,e0020-01b1,e0020-0050.when the machine present this kind of error code i need to change a new drum unit set however the drum unit set just replace.can any people know how to solve this kind of problem???

There is a user mode that is to be used after replacing the drum units on these machine. To see the user mode you first must enable it in service mode.
Step one: In service mode change Copier / Option / Display SW / ITB-DSP set to =1
Step two: Go into setting and registration / adjust maintenance / ITB-drum

I've done at least a dozen of them....all on new machines. What ever happened to the days of the ole' piezo-electric sensors......cheaper manufacturing on newer machinesComment
