    H1 Fiery

I have 3 Canon irc4080 copiers with H1 Fiery's that won't come to ready. They all have 00 on the Fiery display, which service manual says that means they have booted up and are operating normally, however when you press Printer Status/Settings it says "Wait a moment, check connections etc" and eventually goes back to the default Copy screen. These copiers came in a package of off-lease equipment I bought so I don't have a history on them. Is it possible all 3 are defective or am I missing something simple. Thanks for any help you can give me.

    are the Printers at
    v 91.02 or later ??

this addressed this situation on H1------

Upgrading imagePASS-H1 System Software to v2.0 or later resolved the issue in the field.

did u check COPIER>OPTION>INTFACE> IMG-CONT setting in Service Mode must be set to ‘3’

    or
Try turning IMG-CONT to '0' with the rip disconnected then turn the machine back on turn it back to '3' the cycle power again.

Are imagePASS-H1 service dip-switches in the normal position - both down ?

System Info says 91.02 version, tried the IMG-CONT procedure you mentioned, both dip switches are in the down positions. Still same problem. I don't have the System Software for these fiery's, is it available somewhere? Im just confused why all 3 of these copiers are doing the same thing.
