Canon ir3235 load staples error

    [Misc] Canon ir3235 load staples error

    I have a canon 3235 which when i select the stapling option it shows a message 'Load Staples' no error code even if staples are loaded. I have a similar machine that i was using to swap units i.e Staple Unit, cables, New staples,finisher pcb but nothing changed still message "load staples" with no error code.
    Please help.

      "load staples" IS the Error Code. Inner or External Finisher? Has someone loaded a new Staple Cartridge? Is the small black Sensor Flag at the bottom of the Cartridge still there? Are Staples loaded horizontal or vertical? Does the Display show (in the lower L/H corner) 'Finisher Cannot be used'? If so - ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS > COMMON SETTINGS > (page 7) > FUNCTION DISABLED (on/off) > OFF.
