Canon Fax L170 Problem

Dear all ,

i installed a new Fax l170 for 2 different clients and i got same feed back from them its about the handset they told me when i try to call any one from it they other told me that my sound is so far and cant hear me clear .anyone face this problem or Did Canon send any Bulltin for this ?

there are 2 black inset switches on the handset itself turn those up

one for ringer/ one for speaker
