    Title : E020-0131 Error Code

    Problem :
The machine displayed an E020 error code with a sub code of 0131. This indicates an error for the yellow developing assembly with the ATR reference value.

    Solution :
Replace the Drum Unit New/Old Detection PCB. The ATR circuit passes through this PCB. The parts catalog refers to it as the New/Old Detect PCB, part number FM3-7940-000. It is item 39 circled in the photo below.

    Title : E014-0001 Error Code

    Problem :
The machine displayed an error code of E014 - 0001, which indicates an error in the fixing motor. When observing the fixing motor, it would turn while the machine powered up, and the machine would come to ready. Under parts check in service mode, the motor would turn and indicate "OK" on the screen. When making copies or prints though, the machine would error out.

    Solution :
Replace the Fixing Motor. Apparently, the motor worked correctly when testing it in service mode and while powering up, but failed under the load of running copies and prints.

The part number for the Fixing Motor is FK2-7302-000.
