B&W text stuck in grayscale using template-help! Any suggestions?

1-what template
suggestion is
if u want a Process Black for Text
on control panel > u want to select Full Color for a document on Glass instead of Auto Color / for a richer TEXT
If the full color button is not visible.
To restore the Full Color button go to ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > COLOR MODE FOR COPY on page 4 and set FULL COLOR to on.

Have no idea what you are saying...if this helps....i have seen cases where document is told in application to print black and white. Even though driver is set to color, the application over-rides the driver and prints black and white. If this template is created this way it will print b and w. Open the document and check its properties,page options,etc. I had a customer that swore machine had a mind of its own...print out a 10 page document and some pages color,some black and white. Cracked open document and this is what was causing the problem..some pages set to color,some to b and w. It was a Word document actually. The app was over-riding the driver.Comment
