    problem imagepress C1+

    good morning:

    could help me with this fault, is a team imagePRESS C1 +, the momneto to print more than 20 sheets, the prints will be getting blurry and the colors vary completely, I changed drum, developing units, but continued failure

      The Developing BIAS Input Assembly resides on the front plate of the P-Kit. When the Developer Units rotate and are positioned for development, the BIAS tab rubs against the Developing BIAS Input Assembly to receive the developing BIAS. It is possible the machine could experience loss of colors intermittently and therefore needs replacement. The part number is FM2-2662-000.







      or
      Try replacing the Outer Secondary Transfer Roller first

      if that will not work
      Replace the Inner Secondary Transfer Roller and bearings-----

      The part numbers for the inner secondary transfer roller is FC5-1661-000.
      The part number for the front bearing is XG9-0505-000.
      The part number for the rear bearing is XG9-0506-000.
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
