HELP!! canon ir3025 error code E000021-0002??

    [Error Code] HELP!! canon ir3025 error code E000021-0002??

    Hi really need help asap. Moved the copier. It was working fine before we moved it. Now when its turned on it goes through initialisation and just stops at the end, flashes red with error code 000021-0002. Anyone have any idea what it is please. Have looked everywhere and cant find an answer. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

      never seen a e021 on this model



      did u prep the printer before moving ??

          Hi, will double check it but am pretty sure the error code is right. Maybe i got the model number wrong :s x didnt do major prep as it was just carried down some stairs. Thought it would be ok . will repost in the morning. Thanks for reply

                  Yes it is a colour one. Wrong model number though lol. Correct one is ir2750ci lol.

                      Did you get it wrong AGAIN!? there is no ir2750!?

                      IRC2570 perhaps?

                      The carasell is not turning, check the dev units and toners are in correctly, most likely one of them has fallen of of position etc.
                      E021-000x Error Code Error :
                      E021-000x Error Code: Developing rotary does not rotate and abnormal noise comes from motor.

                      E021 can be displayed when an error occurs in the developing rotary.
                      The detail codes are:
                      0001: The developing rotary home position cannot be detected.
                      0002: The intervals of flag detection during rotation is too short or long.
                      0003: The sensor does not detect the flag when the developing rotary stops at development point

                                  Lol i would but not sure myself. Took the toner and it casing out, replaced it and it worked. So not sure thats going to help anyone much.
