[Misc] IR 1600 message Please Wait & Sound

In IR 1600 Scaner goes to 3 to 4 inch and make a sound with display "please wait" but it not happen regularly after switch off and on the problem solve.But between the time interval the Please wait message with sound again fond.I think it is a powersupply PCB problem or Scaner moter Problem.Where is the problem.

Check to see if the Contact Sensor LED array is stuck on the rail all the way to the right. If so, apply pressure to the Contact Sensor assembly to break it free so that it will return to home position then clean and lubricate the rail.


Check the Contact Sensor home position
Check whether the Contact Sensor Unit Home Position Sensor (PS113) is functioning properly, and that the Flat Ribbon Cable (FF6-1759-000) is routed properly. As illustrated below the sensor connects directly to the Analog Processor PCB.
