[Jamming] IR 1600 pickup problem in bypass

In IR 1600 when the paper feed from bypass try the paper just pick up and stop near to drum and the paper jam.I check the manual clause bypass pickup sensor but the problem not solve.Can any body fix the problem ?

all paper sizes

jam from bypass only ?
is this issue from PC Printing or glass copying ?? or both

Nothing any error code only paper jam indicate.
All size paper jam only when paper feed from bypass .And it is happen both from glass scaning and also computer prints.
Pickup from all trays is ok.

did u check the #10 REPORT= Jam/Error Log Report
Indication : JAM/ERR LOG REPORT
Type : jam, error, alarm history

or Alarm History
040017=multifeeder retry alarm


How many jam indicators are lit on control panel
