seems to found the problem !!

after head cleaning B : when i print a pic the result is good but after some job it gets back to bad printing .

should i soak the tube in warm water ?!
i do this for 2 times and the result is the same

To make sure the tubes are clear of any dried ink you must physically clean them with warm water; and if possible a long stem cotton swap.

        problem with the printer drivers

        Media type used
        App used ?

I don't think your printer suffers from tubes, since you have the latest series.

Without seeing the printer itself it is difficult to say for sure, but I would give a list like this for probable reasons (other than software/driver/calibration issues):

              1. Non genuine ink
              2. Print head
              3. Purge unit
              4. Ink supply system

If you are doing cleanings then it runs fine for a while then cuts out again, time for a new head. You are just wasting ink and money doing all these head cleanings. How old is the head? It can be checked to see if it is still under warranty. If not,buy a new one. If its under warranty still and you screw with it, it will void your warranty. A tech can pull the logs off the machine to check if its still under warranty(unless you know it isn't). Can't fool the machine
