NAVI Offline CaseFiles

Anyone happen to know where I can pull the latest offline casefiles for Navi. CCI only has early 2012 dated.

Effective 10/22/2012 the Downloadable Knowledgebase will be discontinued and no additional PAK updates will uploaded to e-Support.

All future efforts will be directed at delivering a smartphone/tablet optimized KB experience for the Technician community. Thank you for your support!

well the latest i have available are from the 15-07-2013 as you can see under so if you need them let me know, actually by the time you stopped getting them was the time they released it in Europe, so
if you need them just PM me and i'll make them reach you

are u sure these are the OFF-LINE Knowledge PAKS for 2013

those are the complete case packs, some with only knowledge packs (no more info in them) some also casefiles and other more complete with some info more like installation manuals for some accessories, i try to add them to the ones in my laptop every now and then, and now they started to include some of the newest top laser printers as well, now if your referring to those help files type that opened without navi i think they "killed" those and turned them into updates of data packs due to being searchable and a single tool and still offline

The latest IR Advance ones have to be imported into NAVI to be readable.
A new button called (OFFLINE e-support) shows up.
