I,m nervous.....I changed the transfer corotron, hv, and the error code persist. The adjust, now, is: HV TR TR N1 -287, TR N2 -287, PRE TR 220.
HV SP SP N1 320, SP N2 320. I charged this value, up and down, but the error code persist...What can I do?

I fix it, the problem is the fuser bias... Thanks

Check the fuser unit. Look for worn press roller bearings, broken spacer at rear of heat roller or incorrect fitting of heat roller heat sleeves. Any of these things can cause the cleaning bias voltage to ground causing E069
