    Exactly....paper clips are a techs best friend. I've temporarily fixed broken paper guides by heating a clip up with my lighter then embedding it into the 2 broken plastic pieces.

          Not sure I did Settings Registration button 2, 8 Settings registration button to get into the service mode

            ON THIS MODEL/SERIES

            SERVICE MODES
            Switching Screen (Level 1 < - > 2)

            Switching screens between level 1 and 2 has been made easier.
            When level 1 screen is displayed, press <LEVEL 1> in the right upper side of the screen, and
            it will switch to level 2.

              I was in level 2 if you look at the picture I uploaded it says level 2 in the upper right.
