    pdf problems

Problems with canon irc4080 witch sometimes hangs on jobs sent 2 it, mostly PDFs which then hold up the rest of the jobs, tried to cancel but machine does not responed, only way to print is to turn off and on again but this is not the best solution as other jobs get deleted.
I'm using PS Driver and acrobat 8.

This is a known problem with Arcobat , Either get the very latest version of Read or revert to a pre "8" version.
Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works!

Check Resolution settings, higher rez means larger file. another thing to look at is If they are using wireless connection that would slow things down.

if you are using an image pass, update it to version 1.2 and you will need to update your print drivers too. need to be the same version as the image pass. Also do the other stuff Lotar and lkrsardis suggested.

I have found allot of problems with people sending print jobs to a machine, with a foreign page set up in acrobat. (i.e. A4) we don’t have that in America we use inch sizes. Changing the page set up size to 8x11 and deleting the job from the machine and the PC queue, the machine usually works after that. (this applies to Sharp Machines)
