    New HDD for C3380

    I bought a used machined and they removed the HDD due to privacy rules. Where do i go to get the instructions and software to reinstall on a new HDD.

    And I mean this sincerely.

    The best way to get this done is to purchase the hardware first.

    If you need help in doing this. I would be more than glad to help you.

    I can get you the HDD and the firmware.

              There are some procedures that might be a little difficult when you don't know what the procedures are.

              You will have to connect to the machine with a crossover cable.

              You must have a service support tool (SST) to reload/flash firmware.

              The next other thing is, you will have to format the new HDD with a HD-Format file.

              If I could get you the HDD with everything loaded. Then all you have to do is install the HDD onto the main controller.
