Check the cleaner assembly. Broken auger, gear, waste drives. Turn the drive gear on the rear of the process unit and see if all augers in cleaner turn. There are also catch pans on the bottom of the process unit...they gather toner in them and drop it. I have had the waste tubes clog up on these(just like 5000s...keep the filters clean). Are the copies ok though?

Remove the Process Unit, the Drum & vacout the Cleaner Unit etc including the Pre T/fer Unit, Flip or replace the Cleaning Blade, check in Srv Mode the life of the Primary & T/fer Units - replace if done life, should be good for 500k .

First off, let me apologize for my debauchery of the English language in my prior post, I was on my hand- held and did not realize my hack job grammatically. The copies look good, there are no streaks, I am under the impression, the cleaning blade was replaced recently. Canuck, I will check the above mentioned items. It is basically just a pile of toner that, over time, will disperse itself across the entire transfer/ separation corona unit evenly.

Sounds like the pre transfer is full, one screw & this slides out, take the top cover off it & vacum it out.
