canon ir 5570

Canon ir 5570, paper always jamming on 3rd and 4th cassettes. jam code is 0104 and 0105, i cleaned sensors replaced all rollers etc. still the problem persists. What could be the problem, pls help, thanks in advance.

yes its picking up paper it comes out about an inch , then it stops.already replaced the vertical roller drive motor.

I have the same fault but on a 6065 still not fixed it, maybe the same as your fault!
