IR5000 Error Code

I have an error code E000732-0001. Can anyone help??

E732 is a poor connection between the reader controller and the main controller.... so check cables and connections..

If that does not work then give some more info because on canon online there is more trouble when booting up ect... and memory and voltage checks on J5005

Hey all,

so i've printed out a few pages from the service manual that shows that the reader controller is at the back-left area up top, but i don't see a board back there. Can someone please tell me where the rcon board is? oh wait, actually my machine is a 5020i...maybe that's why it's different from my service manual.

In the reader unit. Should be by the CCD.
