    Canon ir5075 - jamming

Have a ir5075 that keeps jamming. When you run several sets of 45 for example, it will run the first set fine and then make one or two or three copies into the second set and then jam. The jam code is 0211 or 1102, but 99% 0211. Already replaced the sensor for PS36, still jams. Replaced feed rollers for tray 1, registration roller and clutch, still jams. And ideas? Thanks

You're changing parts for nothing. "The intermittent 0211 jam code can be resolved by replacing the external delivery guide part number FL2-3993-000. This guide will have nicks in it near the flapper."

02 means delay, so it got there but didn't leave in time. Ah well at least they got fresh tires and you save a call later on.

The rollers were all worn out and the registration roller was glazed over. They needed to be replaced anyway.

gotcha, try out the exit guide it's probably dragging the page. Just be thankful it's not an irc3100

            Inverter Roller FB6-6955-000

            Outer Delivery Roller FB6-5892-000

both of those have been changed? Something in post fusing delivery is dragging the paper.

there is a white gear with a one way bearing on the exit rollers (sorry don't remember part# started with FL2) the race for the bearing breaks down causing intermittent jams, remove, burnish shaft, replace gear.

I had this problem in the same model.

My issue was the gap between the metal plates before entrance the fixing tray. It was not enough space for paper to pass.
I solved it by increase this space.
                To now never jam.
