Jam code 0116 delay jam at ps30.changed entire new duplex assy. Only 1 or 2 paper comes out successfully then jams at duplex assy .every time paper strucks at same place. During jam removal paper found only at duplex unit.but no where inside machine. Any ideas friends.

From NAVI. The only case of 5570 with 0116
"In this case, performing a DCON Clear and power cycling the machine resolved the jamming issue. A DCON clear is performed in Service Mode level 1: Copier > Function > Clear > DCON. Highlight DCON and press ok to clear. Power cycle the imageRUNNER, immediately after performing the clear."
And of course the obligatory make sure you P-Print before any clear and re-enter door and p-print spec after work is completed goes without saying. Your margins will be off, etc...
