[Error Code] IRC 3080i Error Code E00227-001

Hello, everyone, I Encounter an Error Code E00227-001, I replace Image Reader power supply, Image Reader Cable.. but still same problem.

Anyone can give an idea on how to rectify this problem...

e227 is 24-volt is off at powerup. Could be Power Supply FM2-5544-010 or Main Power Supply {FM2-0216-020}. Could also be a pinched wire that's dragging down 24volts. I'd look for the pinched wire first before changing boards.

do u have anything else using that supply voltage outlet that is tied into Printer Outlet

check your OUTLET for the correct voltage supply for your printer in your area--

HOT>GROUND=
HOT>NEUTRAL=
NEUTRAL>GROUND= this should be 0v/0.5 Max

Every tech should have one of these handy. Especially when you go to install one. First thing I do is run up, pop this in and verify that the plug is indeed wired correctly.

good point/ but u need to actually see what that NEUTRAL>GROUND=is
this should be 0v/0.5 Max

incorrect higher voltage NEUTRAL>GROUND will cause various issues/

Only one that I notice, if i open the right door or front door there is no error occurs, the machine will go to initialize status and it shows close door (front or right door, which is open)..

I have question.. On the front door there is a sensor (PS23), after I disconnect that sensor my machine is working fine.. there is any affect on my machine? and what that sensor for?

Sorry sir, it's PS17 front door sensor, right down corner of front door, near double switch door, there is a photo sensor. that's the only one that I removed and then my machine working fine until now, almost 2 weeks now...
