Having a problem with Z folding at the registration roller and jam code 0106. Replaced registration clutch and pre-registration clutch. Machine seems to work fine through manual bypass. Swapped ports 1 and 2 with no change.

registration roller is driven with the registration multi motor (M6)/ have seen this motor cause issues because it runs a normal speed & half speed
this motor is also used for multi-feeder --When the registration clutch turns ON, the registration roller starts to rotate and feeds paper to the secondary
transfer assembly.
Unplug all connectors on DCPCB>then re-seat them
check the sensor actuator arm below
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

I tried all previous ideas with no luck. I did finally fix it by removing the registration sensor silencer, it was sticky resulting in a delay. Thanks for the help!Comment
