Picture of No.2/No.3 delivery assembly controller slightly faulty - took me a while to figure out, anyone else had this happen?

on a power supply could happen but on a controller it's the first i've heard of, did you see any insect rests in there? i've had on other equipment's when insects crawl in and step on the wrong thing it fries them and burns the components they touched also, you only get to see some small bits that didn't burn

Customer reported smoke coming out of the copier, unplugged, removed from site and a replacement put in and this is what I found, I will order a replacement board, I like the theory of insects myself

Have has many customers pull off covers to inspect & try and fix issues only to cause similar issues on boards .

Before you fit the new board check for rouge staples, they find their way everywhere, could be shorting out somewhere!

first we ask "did anyone touch it?" and they say "no way" then you inspect and see the fixing all scratched and busted and ask again and after 3 or 4 times asking they come clean and say "there was some paper stuck when i pulled and i tried to remove it but i din't do that, almost didn't touch it" lol
