Dev handle in correct position? Dev moving over to drum correctly?
        Yes, I am a nerd.
Gaming PC - check. Raspberry Pi - Check. Custom ROM on phone - check. Thick glasses - check.

Is dev cylinder coated with toner? How are prints from the print engine(p print for example)? If ok,look upstairs(reader). If prints light, suspect transfer as stated. Pop the roll out, clean the shaft ends where contact is made(also clean the contacts that the ends ride on). Or they poured in the wrong toner

Vacuum dv and give cylinder a good dry wiping and install fresh toner

Yeh, after vecuum all the toner inside the dv tank. either using an alkohol or any else. you cleans the dv roller. makesure it dry enough and clean. top up fresh toner and runs the toner-s in function. wait until it stop then try do copy or print.

sometime it may be the dv spacer bearing give this problem.

              Good luck.

Copies are very faint from the Glass and on Test Prints ?

A poor contact with the Developer Bias Tab can cause lack of Developer Bias.
Check the Developer Bias Tab inside the machine and reform the Developer Bias Tab to better fit the Developer Unit contact.
