if u are a tech/ remove FUSER UNIT to inspect

if damaged replace as noted by Brian8506

don't forget to clear ERROR in service mode
make sure green jam release lever is installed with the new unit.

        Fuser Film error,
If fuser film is intact, clean the white patch on the film usually it gets dirty and wont be read by the sensor

hi tech done all that still to no avail
          still say system error
and the display screen shows partly the message.
so can copy the error code, it ends with 7.

You replaced the fuser but still NG? If you can't see half the display, you need to replace it so you can see the whole error code

Replace the fuser, if the film is intact then the film is not rotating at the proper speed when machine is running.
