Canon IR-6570 Duplex Jam and friends

Here's the latest problem I've inherited:

    Canon IR-6570:

This has been going on for 6 months or so. Jams when duplexing only. After about 50 pages or so it hangs up. Here's where the fun begins. IF left uncleared the machine will go into faults in this order:

    1: E674-000C
Then, about 2 mins later followed by:
    2:E732-001
    3:E733-001

Errors can be reset and it will work again for 50 or so duplex pages.

IF you clear the jam quickly no errors are recorded. Only a jam code of 0213. However, it will jam at that exact same spot even with 1 page until you PO/PO the machine. Then it will be able to run 50 or so duplex again.

I have checked and cut and redone all wire wraps on the duplex and checked all sensors along the vertical transport for bare wires.

    Anyone have any ideas?

E-674 is fax board to main con communication error. Disconnect the fax and run it. If its ok fax board could be taking the machine down. Reseated all connectors on main controller, dcon, dimms, fax board, etc? Newest firmware, ram clears? Nothing else funky logged in error log? I have seen wires pinched in reader frame cause 733 and 732 errors on these units. Between reader and main body wires get squished. Your jam code is stationary at delivery i think. Could just be result of unit crashing. No fuser roll bias on these machines, static eliminators for fuser rolls ok? A few things to check
