Canon ImageRunner 330/400

I have a Canon Image runner 330 with a touch screen problem..
I have exchange the screen with another and still have the same problem.
It seems as though the touch points can not be adjusted. In service mode I can not access fuctions, it is touch off the screen.
Any suggestions.

Did you replace the hole control panel or just the touch screen??? some time the ribbon cables dont make good connection.. that would be the first thing that I would look at...

you need to be certain the touch panels are defective by testing them on a different machine,
further suggetions depend on these outcome, you need to be patient and organised to go all the way through what can seem to be boring procedures.
