Copies and Test Prints are Blank. & There are no error codes.

possible cause for this problem is the Laser Shutter not operating correctly. To check the Laser Shutter, first remove the Left Middle Panel.Open and close the right door while looking at the bottom of the laser where the shutter is located. You should see the shutter move from front to rear. If the shutter is not moving, check to see if it is out of place or that the shutter cable is working correctly. *Below is a view from the left side of the machine looking under the Laser Assy. The Left Middle Panel, Fax Kit, and frame cross-member have been removed.

Make sure the Drum and Developer Unit are turning.
If not, inspect if Main Motor Drive is slipping. replace if needed.

Check to make sure the developing cylinder is turning.
    check the Developer Clutch (CL3)

**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

Lets cut the machine in half....sky shot...crash it...anything on the drum? Yes...transfer. No...image formation(dev, laser, primary charging).... Also check the actuator on the right door. When closed it opens laser shutter. This model does not declare beam detect errors...just laser motor errors,so its possible that its a shutter problem like Teckat said. Check COPIER/DISPLAY/HV-STS...primary and dev bias to see whats going on
