canon ir5000

hello everybody..i have an experience about the copy of my xerox machine canon ir5000
there have some parts of the copy is not clear ,and if the position paper in the cassette is portait
the light copy is horizontal.
and if the position of paper is landscape position the light comes out is vertical position.

anybody can help me please if what is the problem i already also change the corona wire .
this problem is from what parts of the machine....?

Take out the developing unit and see or ensure that toner is uniformly distributed on the magnetic roller.
