    [Error Code] iRAC9075pro E197-000c ??

    Hi everyone ,

    I have a iRAC9075 , after turn on and occur err E197-000c-05 ,
    9075 service manual not find this err message,
    but I search google ,
    get a service manual digest ,
    this SM digest description can try to replace DC Con I/F PCB &. Hopper driver PCB ,
    but I had swap these 2 PCB , NG !!!

    wow , my god ,
    face various e197-0xxx communication errors............,
    everyone ,
    Do you have any good suggest to help me ??

          Workaround
          E197-000c
          This sub code is not in the book. It is a short in the cyan, yellow and magenta hopper assembly. Replace the assembly to correct issue. The part number for this unit is FM3-9977-000.

              E197-000C is an error in communication with the hopper driver.

              CANON
              E197-000C code would come up intermittently at first and then would not reset. Tech has reseated the connections on the hopper driver and the dc-controller. Tried unplugging connectors 1 at a time on the hopper driver pcb to (remove any loads) and then booted the machine to see if we could get the symptom to change. With J1360 disconnected the machine booted without the error.

              The wire harness of J1360 connects to the hopper cover sensors. Removed the hopper cover to check the sensors and found that the wires to the black hopper cover sensor were not locked down in the harness guides. Since the harness was not routed correctly and locked down in the guides the wires were pinched by the hopper cover screw. That caused the error.



              Workaround :
              Routing the harness correctly to the black toner door sensor corrected the issue.
              **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

                  I had check black toner door sensor harness, but this 9075 wire is normally .

                  I had try to open Fixing/Feeding unit , and open all toner cartriage cover / not load all toner cartriage ,
                  then turn on power , and the same issue "000c".

                      I had solved this err E197-000c ,
                      due to one of fuse broken on relay PCB ass'y ,
                      so not anymore 24V output to some PCBs ,
                      includ Hopper driver PCB &. DC Con I/F PCB ,
                      only replace this fuse or replace Relay PCB Ass'y ,
                      Everything is normally ,
                      sharing this err message to everyone~
